STINKING FEET REMEDY
For many years ago, when I was into athletics and other sports ,I discovered that most of the time I laced boots ,spike shoes ,wear socks, put on sneakers and other sport foot wears .Most of the time I wear all these for many activities for usually long hours which has caused my feet to disintegrated into bad condition ,smelling ,swollen ,itching and irritation.

PREVENTION
In order to eliminate the stinking feet, the following has to be observe regularly;
1. Avoid wearing tight foot wears,
2. Don’t wear a socks twice and be endeavour to remove it when wet to prevent germs growth,
3. Wash your legs thoroughly after any field activities and
4.Always expose your footwear to aeration or sunlight and not humid environment…
If all these are followed accordingly stinking foot will surely vanish with time.
TREATMENT
In a situation whereas the stinking foot persist an adequate and costless measures can be applied to keep your legs into good condition.
MATERIALS NEEDED
Warm water, Foot-massager or plastic bowl, Shampoo, disinfectant, cuticles removal, lemon, blade ,brush, skin remover, nail- polish.
METHOD
Step 1:Get warm water
Step 2:Put the warm water into the foot-massager or large plastic bowl.
Step 3:Attach the foot-massager to electric supplier.
Step 4:Add shampoo in the warm water in the bowl plus Disinfectant and add lime to it.
Step 5:Put your legs into the bowl of solution for like 30 minutes.
Step 6:After that ,use the cuticle removal to scratch under foot right round ,
Step 7:use blade to scrape the foot and brush it hard to smoothen the foot.
Step 8:Rub the skin remover on your foot with your palm,
Step 9:Rinse the legs with water and apply lotion and massage the legs very well and
Step 10:Use any pedicure spray and allow to dry .For women apply nail polish instantly…
